I would like to announce my intention to run for the office of selectman. I am proud to be a Somerset native, with a great education, which led me to become a project manager and structural engineer. My late grandmother, Cecile McNamara, and my late dad, Donald McNamara, were teachers at the former Somerset High School, who both taught me the importance of having a good education and to always strive for excellence.
